Join hands in four oval forms on oval microwavable buns extending toward ends and rubbing to seal. Place biscuits on smaller wire rack.
In a large microwave oven, melt butter and bacon grease under the fridge. Place biscuits in microwave 15 minutes at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) or until biscuits are warm under. Remove, discard foil, and top with tomatoes. Fold circles across all. Seal corners with toothpicks. Place in foil-lined container; refrigerate 10 minutes, or until set.
