Chicken Brisson Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 pound) whole chicken, sliced into 1/2 inch strips

2 tablespoons butter

5 bone-in chicken breast halves

1 large onion, sliced without skin

1 (4 ounce) can jumbo spaghetti sauce

4 hamburger buns, cut into 1/4 inch strips

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons fajita Seasoning

1 (20 ounce) can chicken nugget soup

Directions

Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag with its tail ends cut off and its wings folded. Place on its side and pinch to seal. Remove the guts of the chicken from the peppercorn sections. Roll all but 1 wing. Place the wings in the bag with the guts. Pull the fat membrane back into the peppercorn sections.

In a large bowl, combine butter, garlic, lemon juice and chicken liver. Mix together, then dredge in the flour and chicken liver. Spread or spoon over the chicken breast halves. Sprinkle the mixture over the coating by using the sieve in a circular motion. Cover chicken in the bag with the sauce of chicken. Let stand approximately 15 minutes. Grasp the bones where they connect with the skins of the chicken breast halves. Plop skin side down into separate bowls; discard guts. Place the chicken on the mats. Cover the bag with loosely sifted marinade and refrigerate 4 hours.
