1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir evaporated milk into brown sugar until completely dissolved. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Stir in egg and brown sugar. Beat in pecans. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool.
