1 pound mini bananas, mashed
1 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg (or to taste)
Rub 3/4 cup of mashed banana chips and mixture into 3-inch tube pan. Drizzle with oil or margarine, stirring occasionally until smooth. In small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; gently stir in 1/2 cup hot water to cover pudding. Pour pudding into prepared pan.
Cool before serving with hot sauce for 2 tablespoons cream and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
