1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup almond paste
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a medium bowl combine condensed milk, almond paste, and vanilla extract.
In a medium bowl blend the cocoa, egg, and lemon peel until smooth. Stir in the milk and spread the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is firm. Unbake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until top is golden. Let cool before serving.
