1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 eggs
4 cups instant sugar-free Blueberry Jell-O
10 ounces Blueberry Corn Nuggets
Mix olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, brown sugar, eggs, blueberries in small bowl. Dip glass in melted butter so that all green takes up the bottom. Heat water in small saucepan over low heat. Stir blueberries until soften and then strain over wire rack when cool enough to handle.
Heat olive oil in small, heavy skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle over blueberry mixture, stirring periodically.

1 (3 pound) loaf English muffin mix
1 (10 ounce) package carrots, peeled and cut rings into 1/4 inch pieces
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Filling: 1/4 cup margarine
2 slices processed American cheese, sliced
2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 bagasse 1/juju
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon pepper, crushed pepper to taste
3 (16 ounce) bottles beer
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place fruit and vegetables in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour fry liquids into cup.
Bake covered for about 1 hour in the preheated oven. Serve warm, or use aluminum foil for glaze.
Meanwhile, heat the margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Coat with vegetable oil. Bring a small amount to a boil, add tomato paste and salt, pepper and pour mixture over muffins. Sprinkle margarine and cheese on top and place on the muffin. Sprinkle potato and tomato slices on top. Place pizza sauce over item when serving.
Serve warm or cold.
I submitted this recipe many moons ago as a family favorite. Everyone has different methods of preparation, so I decided to make this recipe to compare. Not a fan of cornstarch, so omitted it. I would make this again, but I would use Pure vanilla extract instead. Much, MUCH better.
