6 scoops vanilla ice cream
6 scoops cherry flavored sherbet
5 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 cup distilled white vinegar
2 fluid ounces citrus zest
2 scoops lemon-lime flavored liqueur
1/2 (4 ounce) can sliced fresh cherries and raspberries, juice reserved
Prepare ice cream according to package directions; chill in refrigerator.
Before serving, whip cream with 3 tablespoons peanut butter and 1 cup vinegar. Adjust to taste if desired. Garnish with lemon-lime flavor liqueur and cherries and raspberries.
