1 small head cabbage, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
4 potatoes, peeled, part-processed
1 pound beef broth
2 cups milk
1 large green bell pepper
1 head garlic, peeled and cubed
1 small, flour tortilla chips, drained
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon salt
salt and pepper to taste
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cold water
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onions, cottage cheese, potatoes, broth, milk, and pepper. Bring to a boil in a small, non-stick skillet. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until meats and potatoes are tender.
