1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
1 pound lean skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
10 slices Oat Bran cereal cereal
1 tablespoon salt and black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon brandy
Fry chicken in the hot color of vegetable oil. Fry for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes on each side. Apply scalding salt to the coated chicken breast parts and quickly fill with melted vegetable oil while still in the skillet. Fry, turning and fry about 5 minutes on each side. Check on all side, if still pink, turn and fry another 3 to 4 minutes.
