2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 (6 ounce) can peeled and diced onion
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried marjoram, divided
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
1 (8 ounce) can cottage cheese
1 (4 ounce) can egg noodles
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
8 ounces cream cheese
Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Saute garlic and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in vinegar, tomatoes, oregano, basil, rosemary, marjoram, mushrooms, crabmeat and cottage cheese. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
