1 cup chopped chocolate
2/3 cup crushed peanut butter
4 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package whipping cream
3 cups chocolate syrup
2 cups shredded coconut
In a resealable plastic bag, stir together chocolate, peanut butter and bourbon. Cover and refrigerate. Place remaining ingredients in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate either overnight or for 24 hours, depending on the flavor.
Remove plastic bag and top each serving with whipped cream. Strain chocolate syrup and place it into dessert cup with remaining ingredients. Garnish with coconut or syrup if desired.
