Stuffed Brie with Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup diced tomato

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 (1 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 (7 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cheese, onion, tomato, green pepper, mushrooms, parsley and mixed vegetables. Pour mixture into pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Let cool, and serve.
