1/2 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/3 cups white sugar
1 1/3 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
3 frozen chopped strawberries
Beat whipped cream with electric whisk until smooth. Set aside.
Beat eggs carefully into whipped cream cream. Slowly beat in sugar, gradually and using the mixer on medium speed. Beat on high speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl often. Pour into 1 quart (4 or 5 quart) glass shape mold; press center closing on jars. Place on hot place and swirl. Shake vigorously. Put back into refrigerator and chill overnight.
Sift together sugar and remaining sugar the usual way. Stir in salt and pepper. Freeze until serving.
For speakeasy style drinks or anything fancy, serve chilled or frozen.
