1/3 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup dry cornmeal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and egg until smooth. Beat in the vanilla. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the milk, cornmeal, dry milk powder, and melted butter. Stir in the honey and salt and cinnamon. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
