1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place chicken in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; cook about 1 minute on each side or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, salt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot water, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, margarine and lemon juice. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and stir in chicken.
Remove chicken from skillet, and sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with paprika, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot water, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover with chicken and serve at table.
