Chocolate Milk Cake I Recipe

Ingredients

5 cups SWEET & HOT CREAM

1 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1 1/3 bananas, sliced

1 (20 ounce) can light pectin

1 1/3 cups shortening

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, creamer, sugar, milk, eggs, bananas, pectin, shortening, baking soda, baking powder and salt until light. Mix in pecans. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool before removing from pans, and cool completely.
