1 (4 ounce) can diced, onion, and bell pepper
1/2 cup crushed cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (9 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms, drained
1 pound crumbled bacon
1/3 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the potato flakes, crushed cinnamon stick, nutmeg, mushrooms, bacon, and melted butter. Mix together well.
Crust the center of each loaf of bread, and press down to overlap. Place on an ungreased 1-1/2 quart baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 90 minutes.
