2 pounds dried bread crumbs
1 (14 ounce) container sour cream
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 8 x 8 inch pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, sour cream and cheese, then roll mixture into a 1 inch cylinder. Seal mixture and place in prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes, until crust is golden. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Great mixer and definately a fan of spices. I put garlic powder and olive oil and it turned out great without the added salt.
