1 egg whites
1/2 cup water
1 cup milk
1 cup sliced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sprig fresh parsley, seeded
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped mushrooms
In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, milk, onion, garlic, parsley and mozzarella cheese. Mix until thoroughly combined, then spread mixture in the bottom of a cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix half of the egg mixture into the rosemary mixture, then sprinkle on half of the mozzarella cheese. Place remaining egg mixture in the top of the pie crust.
In a medium bowl, with small spoon, mix cream cheese, mushrooms and remaining egg mixture until thoroughly combined. Shape into a ball. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over crushed cheese crust.
