6 grams chicken breast meat
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 cup whole grain flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup bundt cake flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup chicken broth, or more to liquid
3/4 cup white wine
1 cup dried bread crumbs
In a medium saucepan, heat chicken with the onion and keep warm. Remove the meat from the pan (do not burn), and scatter with flour and water to make a paste. Allow the flour to soak for about 1-1/2 minutes to allow it to completely absorb the juices. Set aside, reserving the chicken.
In a medium bowl, mix the bread crumbs, sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour into the mixture. Make a well in the center, and pour in water, oil, salt, and garlic. Mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
Cover, and cook on Low for 4 hours. Check chicken continually for brown spots, and grill while still warm.
