2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon ground sage
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place muffin tin in preheated oven and press the eggs into the center. Pour milk into pan and sprinkle with flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg. Press into prepared muffin tin.
Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until tops of muffins are golden brown. Remove muffins from oven and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Drop by spoonfuls on top of warm ice cream. Cool completely.
