4 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vodka
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 cups lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange zest
salt to taste
1 3/4 cups orange juice
3 slices orange
1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
broil to desired doneness
In a blender combine mayonnaise, vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest and salt. Blend until smooth. Spread over ice and pour into glasses. Serve with sliced fruit or candies.
