1 recipe cube chicken
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from oil and drain.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the white wine and paprika. Cook, stirring occasionally, until paprika is heated through, about 10 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, salt, oregano, basil and rosemary.
Return chicken to oil and saute about 5 minutes.
Heat remaining olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in chicken and fry about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken to a large roasting dish and top with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
