The directions as written should not be taken literally, it could end up looking funky or strange. Ignore the boxed directions and it might turn into a sandwich. Either way, take it as a good indication that it might not be the same texture of bread as you remember it. Some people get mad at me for cutting into chunks, and I totally understand....but no adjustment was necessary. This turned out great. Thank you for the recipe.
