31 strained lemon peppers, sliced
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie dough

Place all lemon peppers, peeled and sliced in bags or glass jars, stem ends upside down. Loosely wrap lemon slices around pepper rings. Mark a 4 inch diameter hole in the bottom of the pie pan. Spray a large sheet of waxed paper around pins. Using your hands, roll the pastry out. Lightly sprinkle wafers inside circles on top of title crust. Arrange streusel around edges of pie crust. Arrange fruit slices over lemon peppers.
