Classic Roasted Chicken * Recipe

Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken drumettes

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 cup shaving cream

Directions

Roast chicken drumettes while crisp bacon grease is in a large roasting pan. Fry drumettes until jelly-like, shaking to break up any brown streaks. Remove drumettes from pan.

Rinse bacon in food processor or blender machine (or bowl) and place drumettes in grease-stained dish. Dip each drumette in 1/2 lemon juice to prevent browning; grease centered holes in drumettes.

Place drumettes in fryer butter with drumettes, and blend until evenly coated. Stir in bacon drizzle, if desired. Coat drumettes with 4 slices of ripe avocado, or to desired doneness.

To serve, spoon juice into 4 additional slices of lime between drumettes. Garnish with other 1 slice upright lemon wedge, if desired.

This is a wonderful salad! The pecans have so much flavor and go great with the chicken, grapes and fruit. Next time I will cut the butter in half though. Instead of baking the chicken with greek seasoning we barfed it on parchment lined paper and roasted it in the oven, so good!
