3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Combine sugar, boiling water and sour cream in small bowl. Stir to avoid burning.
When ready to serve, stir together the whipped topping and sweetener. Spoon mixture into prepared cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbles are noticeable when slightly touched. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
