2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coffee flavored liqueur
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the eggs, sugar, salt, flour and baking powder until smooth. Mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder into the egg mixture alternately with the peanut butter, coffee and milk. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool. Turn out on a wire rack to cool completely.
