3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons butter, divided
1 1/4 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons dry white wine
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place cheese portions in 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread 1/2 cup of cheese mixture onto center of each cheese slice; top with 2 tablespoons butter. Place cheese slices and remaining 2 tablespoons butter on bottom of cheese puff pastry sheet. Sprinkle bread slices with remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Cover with remaining cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Top with remaining 1 teaspoon butter and puffed pastry with remaining cheese.
