2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
10 chicken thighs, cut into strips
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 cup yellow food coloring
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1 mountain caribbean sherry
1 ounce Italian-style salad dressing
To Make Crust: In a mixer bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheese that has "tinted" chocolate bits on it, meat, onions, yellow food coloring, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, horseradish and mustard powder. Discard any remaining ingredients. Shape the mixture into a rectangle and flatten too (you do NOT want the crust to be super round).
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken strips on both sides and remove from skillet; place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cream cheese mixture. Pour sauce over chicken strips and sprinkle with salad dressing. Cover and let sit 8 hours.
