1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
2 slices provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill for high heat.
Place kielbasa sausage in a large bowl, and saute in hot oil for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain grease, and set aside.
Stir Italian-style seasoning into sausage. Mix in pepper, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Mix in tomato paste, parsley, crushed red pepper and garlic.
Place kielbasa on a large bed of shredded lettuce, and sprinkle with chopped tomato. Lay an egg over the kielbasa, and roll in parsley.
Place kielbasa on the prepared grill, and cook for about 20 minutes, or until well-done.
