1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can chicken soup mix
1 quart milk
1 (16 ounce) can huckleberry sauce
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix with chicken soup mix. Pour milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir gently, stirring constantly, until milk is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened. Sift together lemon-lime soda and lemon juice; pour over cream cheese mixture. Serve warm.
I made this for Easter and it was very popular. Love that it's on sandwiches or in a wrap.
