1 cup water
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon minced fresh lemon
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in vinegar, lemon juice, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for about 10 minutes, until mixture is thickened. Serve over ice.
I changed the recipe enough and now I make pizza at home every Thanksgiving. Well this is really easy to make. I used a combination (1/2 and 1/2) of white and red miso paste. I added sliced fresh mushrooms to the crust and let them marinate in the fridge until I was ready to use them in about an hour. So hygienic!
