2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium carrots, grated
3 medium onions, chopped
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 medium chicken breast, diced
8 frozen veggie noodles
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Place celery, carrots, onions and chicken in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add chicken, veggie noodles, chicken broth, chicken soup and cream of chicken soup all at once. Stir together and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in noodles, cheese, bacon and celery. Serve hot or cold.
