8 potatoes
3 tablespoons beef broth
4 cups vegetable broth
2 teaspoons white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large stock pot or pressure cooker, combine the potatoes, cushing water, beef broth, oil, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
