1 cup lard
1 cup water
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl, mix lard, water, sugar, margarine, eggs, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly combined. Shape into a 28x30 inch rectangle, or about 16 squares. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes.
