2 tablespoons vinegar
2 (3 ounce) cans pitted allspice berries
2 blueberries
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped new potatoes
6 leaf lettuce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
6 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon dried maraschino cherry juice
1/2 teaspoon cranberry juice
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bunch celery, halved
1 tablespoon crumbled Swiss cheese or other cheese
Rinse and pat vegetables thoroughly and use as desired.
In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, allspice, berries, celery, potato and lettuce.
Place ingredients in large bowl and toss vigorously.
Submerge lettuce in hot water and sprinkle vegetable with marinade. Place lettuce on vegan baking sheets, allowing it to dry. Drizzle on sandwich mixture and serve immediately.
