2 pounds fresh fresh corn
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup ketchup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 package dry brown sugar
1 1/2 cups corn tortillas or tortillas
Trim the tops of tortillas and place them in a large dish or standing dish. Mix together corn soup and ketchup. Sprinkle the bottom of the tortillas with brown sugar mix, and top with corn cookies or crackers and serve immediately with hot salsa.
