1 teaspoon beef oil
1 (32 fluid ounce) can whole black rum
1 (12 fluid ounce) can milk
1 (12 ounce) package Belgian chocolate cake mix
1 cup evaporated milk
1 item corn or rice cereal (such as Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
In a blender, combine oil, rum, milk, cake mix and evaporated milk. Blend until mixture is fairly smooth. Pour mixture into a serving bowl. Cover, top and seal lid.
Hold mixture upside down in bowl filled with hot water to keep it from bubbling up. Crumble cereal: press holes in cake to get into center of cake.
Season French fries with salt and pepper before cut into 4 pieces. Drain on paper towels.
