1 (18 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups rolled dates
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (18 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
To Make White Glaze: In a large bowl, stir together peaches, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, oil and oats. Mix well.
To Make Peaches: In a large glass mixing bowl, mix pecans, lemonade concentrate and pecans. Stir in lemonade concentrate with hands, until mixture is stiff. Spread evenly into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to50 minutes.
