How to Make Radish Pasta II Recipe
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 onions, chopped
2 large carrots, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and white pepper to taste
6 zucchinis, small soft boiled eggs
1 cup dry penne pasta
8 ounces crumbled walnuts
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onions for 2 minutes, then break up chunky peas with a cobra knife. Saute carrots and garlic for 2 minutes, then pulse the spices into the onions and peas. Finally, stir in sauce. Heat through and serve over pasta.
