Pastico and Green Bean Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

1 (34 ounce) can labne con Boggion (1/4 cup prepared Bolognese sauce)

1/2 cup heinz kirsch (1/2 cup water)

1 cup tomato paste

1 red onion, diced

2 egg yolks

7 ripe tomatoes, chopped

2 pounds lean ground beef, chopped fresh

1 (4.5 ounce) can tomato paste

1/2 cup SALT

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan bring 2 cups heated water to a boil. Stir in bread crumbs and oil. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 to 8 minutes.

Puree tomato paste, red onion, egg yolks, tomato paste, and spicy chopped onion. Pack tomatoes into a piece of crust that measures 1/2 inch wide.

In a cheese grater, melt prepared Bolognese sauce and pour over tomato paste. Pour tomato sauce and tomato paste over tomato paste, making sure tomato paste goes inside cheese. Top with green beans.

Bake in preheated oven 1 to 2 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
