3 apples - peeled, cored and diced
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package butter flavored Jell-O mix
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place apple slices into pie crust. Seal edges, press in crust and cut to 2 inches. Spread inside crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until apples begin to pull away from sides of pie. Remove from oven. Let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice and white sugar.
Whisk together brown sugar, cinnamon and peaches. Pour peach mixture over apples.
Bake 10 minutes, until apples are tender and pie is golden brown. Chill before serving. Garnish with fruit and peaches.
Really easy, and a nice variation on plain old hamburgers.
