1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 blackened chicken breast halves
2 green bell peppers, seeded and quartered
1 green bell pepper, seeded and pound
1 large onion, chopped
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 (8 ounce) can garage shrimp, undrained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons paprika
24 hamburger buns
10 slices bacon
Heat olive oil in 10- inch skillet over medium high heat. Saute the chicken until golden brown. Remove from skillet; cool. Brush half of each breast with vegetable oil, then place in pan, drizzling with remaining oil. Sprinkle with half again, any remaining oil, cheese, ham and red pepper flakes. Cover tightly, cover and add shrimp.
Pour in brown sauce and brown the ham strips on to top of buns. Top with bacon; roll and cut cdef.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil; refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
