4 slices bacon
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon onion extracts
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain bacon grease, crumble and set aside.
Place the onions and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire in a large skillet. Sprinkle cooked bacon, onion and Worcestershire mixture over the onion mixture and pour in ketchup, onion extract and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover skillet, and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until well coated.
