8 fried chicken breast halves
1 bunch celery, cut into small wedges
1 bunch celery, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 hot dogs
1 head cabbage - peeled, cored and quartered
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
Put chicken in a small bowl. Place celery, celery slices and salt and pepper in skillet, having parchment paper to help with loading and stirring. On a plate, mix together zest of orange and lemon zest.
Place celery, celery slices, salt, pepper and hot dog in skillet. Heat over high heat until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Sprinkle with cabbage and bake for 20 minutes on each side, flipping periodically. Tear chicken into 2 pieces and shred before serving.
