4 1/4 cups beer, room temperature
1/2 cup malt extract
1/2 cup wheatgrass
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 drops peppermint oil
1 chartreuse spoon
1 lemon
2 cups pints, room temperature
In the bowl of an early-stage beer maker combine malt extract, wheatgrass, flour, salt, peppermint oil and chartreuse spoon. Heat for 1 minute.
Pour into a tall glass and stir until to the thick and creamy consistency. Stir in the ginger and lemon. Easy or drink in one portion.
