I personally think this is the best eaten pizza in Perth ! It's not toosweet and hits the spot quickly. I used olive oil instead of shortening, sprinkled extra extra cherry on top before cutting and sealed. It's chewy, tender, adds flavour and is the BBQ equivalent of an Italian lasagna. My internet search revealed that this material is rather pricey but I was patient and baulked at the recommended amount. It comes out excellent. To bland, the texture was off.Salty.But still delicious.
