1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers with liquid
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream cheese
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, green chile peppers, Cheddar cheese, jalapenos and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread cream cheese mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture with Cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares.
