Honey Lemon Twist I Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup unflavored gelatin

1 (3 ounce) can sweetened pineapple juice concentrate

1 (1 ounce) package instant lemon creme

Directions

In a large bowl, beat pudding mix and gelatin until well blended. Stir in pineapple juice concentrate, then fold into pudding mixture.

Store remaining pudding mixture in refrigerator.

Surprisingly good. Not what I expected. Another good sambal recipe. I used a medium-rare tomato and it added nicely. I would have guessed a blend of tomatoes and red peppers, but I was wrong. I used a blend of tomatoes and red peppers from my garden center. I thought it was going to be too bland, so I added a teaspoon each of dried minced onion and parsley. Hope that helps!
